How to replace the MAP Sensor on 2001 Chevrolet Astro?

To start the replacement of the MAP Sensor, make sure the ignition is off and remove the engine cover. First, disconnect the MAP Sensor harness connector and don't twist or pry on the MAP Sensor. Carefully pull the MAP Sensor forward and up while rocking it a bit, then get rid of and throw away the MAP Sensor grommet. First, put the new MAP Sensor grommet onto the MAP Sensor, fit it in place, attach the harness connector, and reinstall the engine cover at last.
