    A: To replace the negative Battery Cable, unlatch the lh diagonal brace and the air cleaner assembly. Unplug the negative Battery Cable from the battery, and take off the negative Battery Cable bolt and the battery ground cable from the core support. Next, remove the transaxle stud nut and the negative Battery Cable from the from the transaxle stud. Remove the negative Battery Cable from the wiring harness conduit. For installation, start by inserting the negative Battery Cable to the wiring harness conduit. Mount the fuel sender cable onto its corresponding port and the negative Battery Cable and the transaxle stud nut on the transaxle stud, tightening the nut to 25 n.m (18 lb ft). Next, fasten the negative battery ground cable and the cable bolt to the core support, bolting with force of 10 n.m (89 lb in). Reattach the negative cable battery onto the battery, reinstall the air cleaner assembly, and the last thing you should do is reinstall the lh diagonal brace.
