The hose clamp pliers (J38185) are needed to shift the inlet hose clamp at the Radiator in order to disconnect the hose from the Radiator when removing the hose. During installation you should line up the marks on the hose before hanging it in the vehicle and connecting it to the Radiator. Use hose clamp pliers (J38185) to fasten the inlet hose clamp at the Radiator before hooking up the inlet hose to the Thermostat Housing and securing the hose clamp at the housing with hose clamp pliers (J38185). The final step includes installing the left diagonal brace while filling the cooling system.
