The first step is to take out auxiliary transaxle oil cooler hose fittings and pipe from the auxiliary transaxle oil cooler. Next, remove the auxiliary transaxle oil cooler nuts from the lower radiator support and the auxiliary transaxle oil cooler bolts from the top radiator support while removing the auxiliary transaxle oil cooler itself. For installation, locate the auxiliary transaxle oil cooler and apply/install the auxiliary transaxle oil cooler bolts to the upper radiator support tightening them to 25 nm (18 ft. lbs). Then attach the auxiliary transaxle oil cooler nuts on the lower radiator support by tightening them to 10 nm (97 inch lbs), ensuring correct thread engagement to avoid leaks from cross-threaded fittings. Lastly, connect the auxiliary transaxle oil cooler to the auxiliary transaxle oil cooler hose and pipe fittings.
