How to replace the Brake Light Switch on 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo?

You need to take out the left side instrument panel insulator to reach the stoplamp switch. Disconnect the electrical connector before succeeding. Take out the stoplamp switch from its position on the brake pedal bracket. First reattach the stoplamp switch to the brake pedal bracket and connect its electrical cable as usual. Reinstall the left side instrument panel insulation and adjust the stoplamp switch according to requirements.
