Begin brake pipe replacement by disconnecting all brace pipe fittings and taking out brake pipe fasteners from the vehicle before you remove the brake pipe. Bend the new brake pipe into form before using it to install with a minimum separation of 19 mm (3/4 inch) from all movable parts and vibrators. Install the brake pipe fasteners onto the vehicle and join both brake pipe fittings before tightening the fasteners to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.) when attaching BPMV or wheel jounce hoses and 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.) when linking to the master cylinder. Too bleed the hydraulic brakes employ either automated procedures between master cylinder and BPMV or manual/system pressure approaches between BPMV and wheel jounce hoses.
