How to service the fuel pressure regulator on 2001 GMC Savana 2500?

Remove engine cover and upper intake manifold, then detach regulator retainer clip and twist regulator out, using a towel for fuel. Discard O-rings, cover housing. Inspect filter, replace if needed, lubricate new O-rings, reassemble and secure regulator, reinstall manifold, tighten filler cap, reconnect battery, cycle ignition, check for leaks, and reinstall engine cover.
