How to service and repair the air cleaner fresh air hose on 2001 GMC Savana 3500?

The duct/hose connecting the fresh air duct and the engine must be removed to service and repair the air cleaner. Take out the bolts of air cleaner housing, disconnect the MAF and IAT sensor connectors, and take out the MAF sensor and elbow. Take out fuel mixer housing bracket and hoses. Installation of parts, all connections, and reconnect PCV hose.
