Replacement of the MAF/IAT sensor requires one to be very careful not to damage the honeycell, and should not touch the sensing elements. Apply a non-silicone lubricant on the air duct. Move the clamps, take away the air intake duct, take out the electrical connector and take away the sensor. Properly orient and re-connect everything on installation.
