How to replace the evaporative emission (EVAP) hoses or pipes associated with the canister and fuel tank on 2002 Cadillac DeVille?

In order to replace the EVAP hoses/piping, first remove the tank. Separate the EVAP vent hose with the fill limiter vent valve and take it out of the fuel tank. Install again; when the tank is installed again, the hose must be connected to the valve and any kinked pipes should be changed with GM parts.
