  A: Start cable replacement by disconnecting the Throttle Cable from its position on the accelerator controls bracket and throttle body lever. Proceed to disconnect it at the retainer on the bulkhead. Successively remove the left closeout insulator panel before using pliers to compress the Throttle Cable cover tangs for bulkhead passage.
