How to Service and Repair the Throttle Cable on 2003 Cadillac DeVille?

In order to service and repair the throttle cable, remove the throttle cable connector to the accelerator control bracket and throttle body lever. Take out the left closeout insulator panel, and disconnect the cable at the accelerator controls pedal. Do not route using components that are flexible anywhere that has moving parts. Install the cable again and ensure that it is functioning.
