How to replace the Engine Mount Torque Strut on 2002 Cadillac Eldorado?

The replacement process of the engine mount strut starts by removing the radiator support sight shield. First remove the bolt holding the engine mount strut to the engine and then remove the three bolts attaching the strut to the radiator tie bar before taking out the engine mount strut from the vehicle. Place the engine mount strut into the vehicle before installing the three bolts to the radiator tie bar and torquing them to 24 Nm (18 ft. lbs.). Fasten the bolt which connects the engine mount strut to the engine by torqueing it to 78 Nm (58 ft. lbs.). Install the radiator support sight shield as the last step.
