  A: First recover the refrigerant and lower the engine together with transmission before starting the replacement process. Detach the accumulator tube from the Evaporator core and the Evaporator tube before uninstalling the Blower Motor and the Evaporator core rubber barrier cover as well as the Evaporator core cover to extract the Evaporator core itself. The new Evaporator core installation requires users to first fasten it using the Evaporator core cover and to tighten its screws to 5 n.m (44 lb ft). First secure the Blower Motor followed by the Evaporator core rubber barrier cover by turning its screws to 5 n.m (44 lb ft).
