How to replace the Lash Adjusters on 2002 Cadillac Escalade?

In order to change the valve lifters, lift the cylinder head and gasket then the valve lifter guide bolts. Apply Valve Lifter Remover in case any of the lifters are stuck. Wipe and wash the valve liners, lubricate the lifters, and then put them into the guides. Lastly, fit in the valve lifter guide and the cylinder head.
