To change rear wiper motor, remove the spacer, nut and wiper arm on the motor shaft. Unscrew the screws, and disconnect the electrical connector and remove the motor. Install the new motor, screw it in, re-attach the electrical connector, re-install the trim panel then re-attach the wiper arm.
