How to replace the rear door striker on 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier?

Before installing the rear door striker you must first remove the striker bolts before removing the washer and spacer then pulling out the striker. When installing the components start with the washer followed by the spacer and end by placing the striker while properly aligning the lock striker as required. Markets must strictly follow directions provided in the Fastener Notice of the Service Precautions. The process ends by fitting the striker bolts and torqueing them to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
