How to replace the Windshield Washer Pump on 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier?

Drain all washer solvent from its storage container to start replacing the windshield washer pump. Next lift the vehicle into position. Unplug the washer pump electrical power connection and remove the hose that goes to the pump. Insert a small flat-bladed tool to detach the washer pump from the washer solvent container before you take out the washer pump seal from the container. Insert the washer pump seal into the washer solvent container until it clicks into place before placing the washer pump inside. Join the washer pump electrical connector to its hose while lowering the vehicle and filling the washer solvent tank with proper solvent before checking if the system runs well.
