  A: The service process for the headlamp control module starts by eliminating the front floor kick up panel cover on the passenger side to reach the instrument panel electrical center so you can remove the headlamp circuit breaker from that center. You should open the hood while manually lifting the rh headlamp through counterclockwise rotation of the headlamp motor/actuator manual control knob. The rh headlamp wiring harness electrical connector needs disconnecting from the forward lamp wiring harness while the vehicle stands on suitable support. You must first remove the front fascia lower closeout panel followed by releasing the brake caliper cooling duct from the front fascia and moving it to a new position. Remove the headlamp control module from the vehicle by disconnecting its power connectors followed by removing and unfastening the module mounting nuts (Nuts) on the headlamp bracket.
