How to replace the power door lock switch on 2002 Chevrolet Impala?

The first step to replace the power door lock switch is unmounting the inside door handle bezel. A small flat-bladed tool should be used to detach retainers before pulling out the power door lock switch from its bezel position. Disconnect the electrical connector which controls the switch operation. The new power door lock switch should be pressed into the inside door handle bezel until it reaches full seating before connecting the electrical connector to the switch and attaching the inside door handle bezel.
