A small flat-bladed tool should be used to disconnect retainers before the power door lock switch can be taken out of the bezel. You should disconnect the electrical connection from the switch unit. To install the new power door lock switch, seat it completely within the inside door handle bezel before connecting the electrical connector and returning the inside door handle bezel.
