Changing the power door lock switch of an Impala requires starting by removing the inside door handle bezel. The bezel can be unlocked using a flat-bladed tool before removing the power door lock switch. User should disconnect the electrical connector from the switch. Apply the new power door lock switch into the inside door handle bezel until it reaches full seating then reattach the electrical connector followed by reinstallation of the inside door handle bezel.
