Twist the compressor forcing screw to squeeze the spring a little. Have a 45 torx socket on the strut shaft to keep it in place, then use the strut rod nut socket (J 42991) to take out the mount nut. Use the alignment rod (J 34013-197) to slide the strut shaft out of the upper mount, then loosen the compressor screw so you can take the strut and spring out.
