In order to substitute a spring shackle, lift and sustain the vehicle. Take the shackle nut and bolt, and remove the leaf spring assembly. Insert the shackle in the spring, in accordance with the Fastener Notice. Install shackle nut and bolt then reinstall leaf spring assembly, and lower vehicle.
