How to replace the Power Steering Reservoir on 2003 Buick Regal?

In order to change the power steering reservoir, lay the hydraulic pump with the shaft raised on a flat surface. Take off the retaining clips with a screwdriver then remove the reservoir complete with the O-ring seal. Apply the power steering fluid on the new O-ring, insert the new O-ring, and connect the reservoir to the clips.
