    A: In order to access the Body Control Module (BCM), the negative battery cable(s) should be disconnected, the kneebolster should be removed, and all connectors should be disconnected. Take the BCM out of the bracket and insert it back with all the connectors in place and the knee bolster fitted back in place. Last, re-attach the battery, and re-program the BCM.
