How to replace the steering wheel on 2003 Chevrolet Astro?

In order to replace steering wheel, turn off SIR system and removes inflator module. Unscrew the horn plunger and the retaining nut. Take the wheel off with the designated steering wheel puller. Install the new wheel, and screw it in by the retaining nut, and re-assemble the parts.
