How to replace the canister purge valves on 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500?

To change the EVAP canister purge valves, take off the engine sight shield, unlink the EVAP tube to the purge solenoid and the electric connector. Take out the solenoid and the insulator and install the new solenoid including the insulator. Reconnect the electrical connector and reconnect the engine sight shield.
