  A: To replace the engine front cover, the Oil Pan and lower front cover bolts , and crankshaft position (CKP) sensor should first be removed and the cooling system drained. Lower the vehicle and take out the Engine Mount and Engine Mount bracket support, taking off after the Power Steering Pump. Remove the bolts from the Water Pump Pulley and the pulley. Loosen the pulley bolts of the water pump after removing the Drive Belt and the Drive Belt tensioner. Then, pull out the thermostat bypass pipe and the lower Radiator Hose to the coolant outlet hose, remove the upper front cover bolts, as well as the front cover, and the front cover oil seal.
