How to Replace a Blower Motor Resistor in the Auxiliary System on 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer?

You need to take out the rear hvac module and disconnect its electrical connector from the blower motor control processor-auxiliary unit. Pull out the screws holding the blower motor control processor-auxiliary unit and disconnect the processor before removing the thermal gasket from the auxiliary Evaporator core surface. Attach the thermal gasket directly onto the blower motor control processor-auxiliary before putting in the processor and fastening it using screws tightened to 2 n.m torque. Reattach the electrical connector to the auxiliary blower motor control processor and place back the hvac module-auxiliary.
