How to replace the rear wiper motor on 2003 GMC Envoy?

You need to take off the Wiper Arm before removing both the nut and spacer attached to the Wiper Motor shaft. Unplug the Wiper Motor electrical wires before you remove the interior panel from inside the liftgate. Unbolt the Wiper Motor from the liftgate by removing its 2 Wiper Motor bolts. After that, take out the Wiper Motor. Use the 2 bolts to mount the new Wiper Motor onto the surface and tighten them to 8 n.m (71 lb in). Return the Wiper Motor electrical connector to its place then put back the panel trim on the liftgate before reinstating the nut and spacer on the wiper shaft and wedging the nut to 8 n.m tightness before adding the Wiper Arm.
