How to replace the wiper arm on 2003 GMC Savana 2500?

In order to change the wiper arm, position the wipers in the Park position and disattach the washer hose. Take off the nut on the wiper arm, and, unless it loosens, a puller. Install the wiper blade, arm on the drive shaft and the nut. Re-attach washer hose and wipe test.
