How to replace the camshaft on 2003 GMC Savana 3500?

In order to replace the camshaft, you have to remove the radiator support, engine front cover and the valve lifters. Board the crankshaft and camshaft sprocker timing marks, and then discard the camshaft sprocker sprocker retainer bolts. Cautiously remove the camshaft, wipe it, check and re- lubricate then replace. Screw everything in place.
