The first step of replacing a Door Lock Cylinder requires trims and water deflectors removal. The replacement procedure starts with outside Door Handle removal and e-clip retrieval from the lock cylinder arm before removing the lock cylinder arm. To begin placement of the omega clip toward the Door Handle while taking out the lock cylinder from its position until the gasket remains intact. To install the parts first set the gasket into the Door Handle then position the lock cylinder inside the outside Door Handle before putting back the outside Door Handle. Following Door Handle installation you need to put back the water deflector then the door trim panel.
