Start by taking off the headliner and disconnecting the coax cable before you can begin with the replacement of the navigation antenna. Begin by taking out the antenna from the vehicle after first removing its bolt. Place the antenna on the vehicle while carefully following the Fastener Notice in Service Precautions. After positioning the antenna fasten it with the bolt maintaining a tightening torque of 9 N.m (80 lb in). You must connect the antenna to the coax cable followed by the return of the headliner.
