How to replace the inlet radiator hose on 2004 Chevrolet Astro?

To change the radiator inlet hose: drain the cooling system then take out the air cleaner assembly. Install the Hose Clamp Pliers to adjust the position of the hose clamps and eliminate the existing hose. Install the new hose, reattach the clamps, reattach air cleaner assembly and fill the cooling system.
