How to replace the Power Steering Hose and pipes on 2004 Chevrolet Aveo?

Siphon the power steering fluid from the reservoir when beginning the replacement process of Power Steering Pump hoses and pipes. Remove the air cleaner housing when necessary and detach the supply line hose as well as pressure line pipe from their respective inlet and outlet ports on the Power Steering Pump. The Radiator service points require the removal of pressure line and return line hoses from bottom and side retaining clips before disconnecting pressure line inlet pipe from steering gear and power steering fluid reservoir supply line hose. Disassemble both the power steering pressure hose and return hose from their routes. Starting with Power Steering Pump pressure line installation and then return line installation should be followed by supply line hose connection to the power steering fluid reservoir. Install the pressure line inlet pipe to the steering gear while tightening the fitting up to 28 nm (21 ft. Lbs.) and attach pressure line and return line hoses to retaining clips at the bottom and side of the Radiator. Connect the supply line hose along with the pressure line pipe to both inlet and outlet locations of the Power Steering Pump and if you took out the air cleaner housing then replace it while tightening all bolts to 12 nm (106 inch lbs.) and Power Steering Pump pressure line union nut to 28 nm (21 ft. Lbs.). The final step entails filling the power steering fluid reservoir while inspecting for any fluid leakage then performing necessary bleeding procedures.
