You can pull the wiper motor from the transmission system by using the Wiper Transmission Separator (J 39232) tool to disconnect the transmission from the motor crank arm followed by removing the motor screws and taking out the wiper motor. Align the wiper motor with the transmission and secure it using wiper motor screws which need to be tightened to 10 N.m (89 lb in). Insert the wiper transmission onto the wiper motor crank arm with the Wiper Transmission Installer tool (J 39529). Reinstall the wiper drive system module and fasten the mounting screws at 10 N.m (89 lb in). Rejoin the electrical wire to the wiper motor before putting back the air intake cover.
