How to replace the rear car speakers in a convertible on 2004 Chevrolet Corvette?

The replacement of the rear speaker begins by setting the convertible top with 1 and 5 bows upright while using the folding top stowage compartment lid for access. The push-in fastener on the rear compartment side trim panel needs removal before pulling out the panel. Take out the rear speaker by beginning with the retaining screw removal process and continue access to the electrical/audio connector until you disconnect its connection to the speaker for full speaker removal. Insert the electrical/audio connector to the new rear speaker while properly positioning it before tightening its retaining screws to 2.5 n.m (22 lb in). Drill the opening following marks on the ceiling. Run the power wires and tie them with a label. Install the door and speaker frames before sliding the speaker for the front and rear. Refit the rear compartment side trim panel and push-in fastener before lowering the folding top stowage compartment lid to end with converting the top.
