Begin the fix by disconnecting the Transmission Oil Cooler lines from the auxiliary Transmission Oil Cooler then remove those Oil Cooler lines. Take out the auxiliary Transmission Oil Cooler by unscrewing its 4 mounting bolts which hold it to the radiator support. Secure your transmission auxiliary Oil Cooler to the radiator support through four bolts while applying 10 nm (89 inch lbs.) of torque. Replace the Oil Cooler lines on the auxiliary Transmission Oil Cooler unit while tightening them to 23 nm (17 ft. Lbs.). First, empty the drain pan and then replace the grille assembly in its proper position.
