To install the new lower Ball Joint you should insert it into the vehicle before you fasten the bolts which secure the lower Ball Joint to the Steering Knuckle by applying 110 nm torque (81 ft. Lbs.). You need to fit the lower Ball Joint pinch bolt after tightening it to 230 nm (169 ft. Lbs.). Screw the snap ring onto the lower Ball Joint before bolting the bracket onto the axle with a 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.) torque setting.
