How to replace the Front Cross-Member on 2004 Chevrolet SSR?

Start the replacement of the radiator crossmember by raising and supporting your vehicle first. Now, remove the bolts that hold the radiator crossmember to the frame and take the crossmember away. Make sure to put the radiator crossmember on the frame as instructed in the Fastener Notice. After that, fit the radiator crossmember bolts and tighten them to 25 N.m (18 lb ft) before you lower the vehicle.
