  A: The Fuel Filler Hose replacement procedure starts with draining the Fuel Tank then covering all fittings to avoid contamination. First remove the fuel filler pipe to fuel fill pocket bolts after which you should raise the vehicle to allow removal of the fuel filler pipe shield. The first task requires detachment of the fuel filler pipe attaching nut from the wheelhouse stud along with the attaching screw from the wheelhouse panel. After this, remove the fuel filler pipe bracket bolt followed by the vent pipe removal. The first step is to disconnect the Fuel Filler Hose from the Fuel Tank and extract both the Fuel Filler Hose and pipe thereafter. The first step of installation requires fitting the fuel filler pipe and hose to the Fuel Tank so the fill hose should be positioned completely at the tank stop before tightening the fuel filler pipe clamp to 2.5 n.m (22 lb in). Refer to the wheelhouse panel to attach the fuel filler pipe screw with 25 n.m torque and the attaching nut with 10 n.m torque.
