The first step requires removal of Fan Shroud bolts numbered 1,3 and 4 before removing the Fan Shroud portion designated 2 and 5. First step for installation is to mount the Fan Shroud (2,5) while following the fastener notice in service precautions. Install and tighten the Fan Shroud bolts (1,3,4) to 6 nm (53 inch lbs.). The installation process ends with replacing the air cleaner assembly together with the coolant recovery reservoir.
