In order to replace the negative battery cable, the first thing to do is to remove the negative battery cable and then lift and support the vehicle. Unscrew the negative battery cable bolt on the frame, the radiator support, and the block then remove the negative battery cable. For installation; ensure you install this negative battery cable and then you secure this negative battery cable bolt to block and tight it to 17N.m (13 lb ft). Next, connect the negative battery cable bolt to the radiator support and tighten it to 9 N.m (80 lb in), whereas on the frame. Last, pull down the vehicle and reattach the negative battery cable.
