Start by removing the fuel filler pipe screws from the fuel filler pocket before supporting the vehicle using a suitable method. Reposition the Fuel Filler Hose clamp at the fuel filler pipe before removing the fuel filler pipe screw from the underbody. Then extract the fuel filler pipe. Begin by installing the fuel filler pipe first before securing it with a fuel filler pipe screw to the underbody while tightening it to 13 n.m (115 lb in). The filler hose must be entirely seated on the tank port while the fuel filler pipe receives proper positioning for the Fuel Tank filler pipe hose clamp to be tightened to 2.5 n.m (22 lb in). Lower the vehicle and connect the fuel filler pipe screws to the fuel filler pocket while tightening them to 2.5 n.m (22 lb in). Add the required fuel before reattaching the fuel fill cap.
