How to replace the power mirror switch on 2005 Buick LaCrosse?

In order to change the Power Mirror Switch, take off the panel of the front door trim and disconnect the electrical connector. A tiny device is required to loosen the switch retainers and take out the switch. To install, fit the electrical connector, push the switch into the retainer plate and reattach the trim panel.
