  A: Start valve Rocker Arm and push rod replacement by taking off the Rocker Arm cover together with the rocker arms and pushrods and pivot support and placing them in a rack which protects their natural positions. Start by removing the bolts from the rocker arms followed by the unit of the rocker arms along with pivot support components and pushrods. The inspection of rocker arms and pushrods should be done after cleaning them properly. Engine oil should be used to lubricate both the rocker arms and pushrods before their reinstallation and to apply oil to the flange of the Rocker Arm bolts. Install the Rocker Arm pivot support with pushrods in proper seating position between valve lifter sockets and at Rocker Arm ends before tightening the Rocker Arm bolts. To position the Crankshaft sprocket key at the 1:30 spot, adjust the Crankshaft until the number one Piston reaches top dead center during compression stroke. The engine position requires bolt tightening for exhaust valves of cylinders 1, 2, 7, 8 to 30 nm (22 ft. Lbs.) while the intake valves for cylinders 1, 3, 4, 5 require the same torque. Use the Crankshaft to rotate 360 degrees before torquing the Exhaust Valve Rocker Arm bolts for numbers 3, 4, 5, 6 (30 Nm) and the Intake Valve Rocker Arm bolts for numbers 2, 6, 7, 8 (also 30 Nm). Complete the process by placing the Rocker Arm cover.
