How to replace the right engine mount on 2005 Cadillac XLR?

The right Engine Mount replacement requires first disassembly of the front suspension crossmember and Engine Mount-to-Engine Mount bracket nut removal followed by Engine Mount removal from the Engine Mount bracket. Second you should remove the Engine Mount heat shield from the current Engine Mount. Fix the Engine Mount heat shield to the mount by locating its dowel exactly where it belongs before placing the mount onto the bracket. Position the Engine Mount on the Engine Mount bracket before installing its nut from Engine Mount to Engine Mount bracket and tighten it to 58 nm (43 ft. Lbs.). Put back the front suspension crossmember as the last step.
