How to replace the rear differential cover and gasket on 2005 Chevrolet Astro?

In order to change the rear axle housing cover and gasket, raise up the vehicle and clean up. Eliminate the cover bolts and empty the lubricant. Peel off the cover, remove the gasket surfaces, replace the gasket with the new gasket and cover, tighten the bolts, add lubricant and screw the fill plug before rolling the vehicle down.
